1. Copyright: This software is copyrighted to Sabu Francis, of Navi Mumbai, India (Author)

2. Use of Software: This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

3. Distribution: Redistribution or inclusion of this software in other software packages is prohibited without prior written permission.

4. Liability: The developer is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of this software.

5. Donations: Donations are voluntary and do not entitle the user to any special rights beyond what is explicitly stated.

6. Advertisements: Donors who pay more than or equal to $50 can show Advertisements using this software; displayed on the Windows console. Please read the section on "Advertisements" on how this works and what can be allowed to be shown

7. Additional Terms of Service: The author abides by the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), including all amendments and regulations. Users are required to comply with the provisions of the IT Act, particularly those related to prohibited activities. By using this software, users agree not to engage in any activities that would violate the IT Act, such as:

   • Cybercrime: Any activity that involves the use of a computer system to commit a crime, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or identity theft.

   • Intellectual property infringement: Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.

   • Defamation: Making false and harmful statements about individuals or entities.
